Do I have use a specific shipping carrier?

No, but we do recommend that you use a carrier which assigns tracking numbers which enables you to provide proof of shipment.

Do I have an option to sell to international buyers?

Yes, UsTrendy does process orders to a selection of international countries. For more information, contact UsTrendy by sending an email to UsTrendy or by calling us at 1-888-535-1187.

Return policies are set by the seller. You can view the return policies on an item by clicking on the "Shipping & Return" section on the product page of the particular product you are interested in purchasing.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No but we recommend that you register for an account so that you can easily place an order, track your orders, and subscribe to our newsletter.

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive email newsletter?

By entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. Subscribe and stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions.

    How do I place an order on your site?

    Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

    Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.

    Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

    Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

    Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

    As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.     How do I upload my first item on UsTrendy?

    It’s great that you have decided to upload your exclusive designs in our global marketplace, and engage with thousands of our indie fashion shoppers. Uploading your exclusive designs on UsTrendy is straightforward and easy. Let us show you how!
    First, you will need to create an account on UsTrendy. Once you have registered for an account and UsTrendy has approved it, you can start uploading your items. Log in to your personal Vendor Portal account and follow the instructions in the vendor user guide.

    Do I have to register on UsTrendy to sell my items?

    Yes, you have to register for a vendor account first before you start showcasing your products on our marketplace. The Account registration process on UsTrendy is easy and takes just a couple of minutes. Here is the link Vendor Registration.

    How do I list an item for sale?

    Please send an email with all the pertinent details about the product sale to UsTrendy or call us at 1-888-535-1187.

    How do I sell an item that I’ve previously uploaded photos for?

    Upload and update all products through your own personal vendor portal account or send an email to UsTrendy.

    Who can sell on UsTrendy?

    UsTrendy Marketplace facilitates a global platform for Indie Fashion Designers and boutique sellers spread across the world. We enable vendors to showcase their exclusive designs and products to our thousands of valuable customers.

    ORDERS

    Can I view all the transactions happened in my store?

    Yes, we maintain complete transparency with our vendors and shoppers, and give them appropriate tools to gauge their performance and buying history. Being an UsTrendy vendor, you have access to your own personal Vendor Portal account which you can view all the historical transactions made between you and the UsTrendy buyers.

    How will I know if I sold an item?

    UsTrendy notifies you by email when you have sold an item and you can review all orders in your personal Vendor Portal account.

    PAYMENTS

    How will I get paid?

    There are multiple ways for payment. Vendors can be paid via Paypal, check or wire transfer. There are also different payment plans such as daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. To set up a payment plan, please contact UsTrendy. The default payment plan is via PayPal per sale.

    How much does it cost to sell on UsTrendy?

    Unlike other marketplaces, we do not charge our vendors any setup fee, listing fee or any recurring store maintenance fee. We make our commission when you make a sale. Currently, our commission rate is flat 15% and the 5% to PayPal totaling 20%. Payment structure:
    Funds to the Vendor: 80%
    UsTrendy Commission: 20%
