What first inspired you to start your blog?

I started my blog while I was in a hotel room on a Military base. My husband was being deployed to Afghanistan for nine months, so needless to say, it was a great distraction while he was gone. I never imagined anyone would look at my blog other than my family. I am so grateful for what it has turned into today!

What’s your biggest tip for someone who wants to get into the fashion industry?

Stay true to yourself and your style. Confidence is your best accessory!
How would you describe your own personal style?

Bold & Bright! Let’s not forget girly!

 What are some of your current fashion obsessions?

I’m currently crushing on off the shoulder tops and maxi skirts, so great for Spring!

What is one thing that your followers would be surprised to hear?

I’ve never splurged on shoes, but I think it’s time!

Is there someone out there who inspires you fashion-wise?

Kate Spade is my totally role model when it comes to fashion, her love for bright colors, feminine details and quirky prints just keep getting better and better!

 What is your favorite product from UsTrendy?

The Pink Sleeveless Mini Dress with open back cross bow!! So cute!

 What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

My passport, beside fashion traveling anywhere and everywhere is a big part of my life.

Did you go to school for fashion or it’s just a hobby that you got into?

It was a hobby and a big passion of mine which fortunately is also a full-time job for me now!
